WED. FEBRUARY 1
Today was all about getting me ready to go to Vegas tomorrow, and Cory ready to go to Junior High Winter Camp on Friday. So I was all over the place.
Before racing off to my haircut appointment, I grabbed a tuna melt and fries at Jerry's Deli. Frankly, it sucked. I like their sweet tuna sandwiches, but whoever was doing their grilling was a mess. I left half the tuna on the plate and didn't miss it. It was just a little gross. Oh well.
When I finally got home around 4:30, I had half a bagel w/ cream cheese. I had bought bagels at the store the other day, then Lee stopped at Noah's Bagels and bought a few more bagels yesterday, so we have a lot in the house.
Tonight I had a little bit of the leftovers from yesterday lunch, probably 3/4 cup of the hamburger/potato mixture. I'm still hungry, but don't know what else I'd have, so will probably just finish packing and go to bed.
I will probably miss a few days here, as I am off to Vegas, teaching for Act One, in the morning. Talk about temptation!... I will try to be good, in all ways. And I promise I will keep track of what I eat, the better to write it down when I'm back on Saturday night. (Or if Barb has a computer I may be able to do it from Vegas.)
My computer's about to run out of juice, so I'd better go plug it in and finish that packing. Tomorrow's Groundhog Day!
