MON. MAY 15
Hmmm... Did I misdate yesterday's post? I have a funny feeling I did. Well, *this* is the real Monday post.
Yesterday (Mon.) I had a physical therapy appt. in the morning -- stopped at McDonald's afterward and had their new Asian salad -- quite good, actually, esp. for $4. Nice combination of flavors -- sesame/ginger/orange. I skipped the edamame, of course.
That was early, though, and I was hungry later. So in the afternoon I had the leftovers of the beef paprikash and noodles from the night before. Mmmm.
I made a breakfast dinner. A stir-fry of eggs, sausage, peppers, potatoes, cheese. It was good, even if Cory didn't think so. I also made crescent rolls -- and out of sheer nervous eating (we still haven't heard about the meeting we had last week - oy) -- I had 4 crescent rolls.
Later Lee had a candy bar and gave me 3 squares of chocolate. And that was it.
Today I am home all day. Probably will make some kind of chicken and rice thingie for dinner.
