THURS. MARCH 2
I fasted through breakfast.
Lee decided to go to McDonald's for some "real food" (honest, that's what he says -- sheesh), and he brought me back a Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese. Actually, he brought back a double QP w/ cheese -- they goofed at McDonald's -- but one bite of that much meat-to-bread ratio was sickening, and I peeled off one of the patties. Lee didn't want it for his Big Mac, so I saved it, and Cory ate it for a snack when he got home -- also rather sickening.
I made my chicken broccoli curry dish for dinner -- but somehow it didn't work this time. I overbaked the chicken, and the almonds I put in must have gone bad, because it had a weird taste. Lee ate the whole thing, but the kids and I couldn't handle it. I ate half a bowl of just rice and broccoili, then I had half a crustless peanut butter and jelly sandwich along w/ Sabrina, then Lee heated me up the remainders -- about half a serving -- of the beef stroganoff from the other night. And I threw out the leftovers from the chicken curry. Oh well.
Today we are on the road, a HUGE meeting at 11, then errands to run. We will probably have lunch on the way. Cory has a thing at church tonight, so no idea what I'll do about dinner.

Thank you, Liz! The meeting went well -- as far as we know, haven't heard back from our agent...
